Problem

Until the end of 2014, maintenance was carried out partially by their own personnel and partially by third parties, which meant a low service quality and a high service cost.

Solution

From the moment the service was outsourced and a single company was responsible for maintenance, it was optimised, the quality of the service improved. Direct and unexpected failure prevention costs were reduced.
