{"id":1085,"date":"2016-03-07T09:56:32","date_gmt":"2016-03-07T09:56:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/?p=1085"},"modified":"2016-09-21T11:02:29","modified_gmt":"2016-09-21T11:02:29","slug":"providing-industrial-solutions-to-lidl-supermercados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/providing-industrial-solutions-to-lidl-supermercados\/","title":{"rendered":"Providing the best industrial solutions to Lidl Supermercados S.A.U."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1693 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Lidl-logo.jpg\" alt=\"Lidl logo\" width=\"108\" height=\"108\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After renewing the Preventive and Remedial Industrial Maintenance contract with Lidl for their facilities in south Tenerife, at <strong><em>INGENUT<\/em>, Engineering Company in Tenerife and the Canaries<\/strong>, we have started working to offer our client the best solutions in the field of\u00a0<strong>industrial automation and industrial installations.<\/strong>\u00a0To be transparent and to show our commitment to our obligations, here are <strong>the tasks carried out to this day for one of the most important international supermarket chains.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><strong>Tasks done for Lidl Supermercados S.A.U.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2384 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/flexible-PVC-laminate-curtains.png\" alt=\"flexible PVC laminate curtains \" width=\"1020\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/flexible-PVC-laminate-curtains.png 1020w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/flexible-PVC-laminate-curtains-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/flexible-PVC-laminate-curtains-768x205.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first task in the area of\u00a0<strong>industrial installations<\/strong>\u00a0was to solve the cold leakage that our client sustained in its installations, as a result of the lack of area definition.\u00a0<em><strong>INGENUT<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>decided to solve the problem by providing and installing flexible PVC laminate curtains in the refrigeration chamber.<\/strong>\u00a0This controlled the loss of cold by closing the space, which translated into economic savings and environment care. Goal achieved!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2382 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/truck-access-control-barriers.png\" alt=\"truck access control barriers\" width=\"1020\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/truck-access-control-barriers.png 1020w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/truck-access-control-barriers-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/truck-access-control-barriers-768x205.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another task carried out for our client Lidl Supermercados S.A.U. was in the area of\u00a0<strong>industrial automation,<\/strong>\u00a0and it included\u00a0<strong>the supply and installation of two automatic barriers that can be opened from the security booth to limit access of non-authorised vehicles to their facilities.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Providing this\u00a0<strong>industrial automation<\/strong> solution, we helped limit the access of non-authorised vehicles to the company&#8217;s private area. A need, a solution!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2386 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/quick-side-opening-door.png\" alt=\"quick side-opening door \" width=\"1020\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/quick-side-opening-door.png 1020w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/quick-side-opening-door-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/quick-side-opening-door-768x205.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>INGENUT<\/strong><\/em> cares about the continuous improvement of the processes and the facilities of its clients. An additional task done for the food industry giant was related to that topic. Due to our client&#8217;s high work volume and, as a consequence of the impacts from forklifts, the freezing chamber access door was damaged. This allowed the leakage of cold from the chamber.<strong> Our client, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lidl.es\/es\/index.htm\">Lidl Supermercados S.A.U.<\/a>, in its profound commitment to quality and excellence, commissioned<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong>INGENUT<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>to supply and install a quick side-opening door for the freezing chamber, to replace the old one.<\/strong>\u00a0This helped solve the cold leakage problem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2388 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/parking-lot-expansion.png\" alt=\"parking lot expansion\" width=\"1020\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/parking-lot-expansion.png 1020w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/parking-lot-expansion-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/parking-lot-expansion-768x205.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One more request for<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em><strong>INGENUT<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0by our client was related to the expansion of the space in its facilities. Due to the growth of the company in the islands, Lidl Supermercados S.A.U. needed to expand the employee parking lot in the facilities in G\u00fcimar. For this, at <em><strong>INGENUT<\/strong><\/em><strong>, Industrial Engineering Company in Tenerife and the Canaries<\/strong>, we brought out our drawing kit to calculate the best solution. The result was <strong>the creation of an area, perpendicular to the facility&#8217;s parking lot, that had been underused until then.<\/strong>\u00a0Once the construction of the parking lot expansion finished, there were 19 new parking spaces. Problem solution: expansion of the area. Goal achieved!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2390 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Transfer-of-the-chargers.png\" alt=\"Transfer of the chargers \" width=\"1020\" height=\"272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Transfer-of-the-chargers.png 1020w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Transfer-of-the-chargers-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ingenut.es\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Transfer-of-the-chargers-768x205.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regarding\u00a0<strong>industrial installations<\/strong>, one of the latest requests from Lidl was to increase the storage space in the pre-chamber and free up space in the waste area. To do so<strong>,<em>\u00a0INGENUT<\/em> moved the forklift chargers to a new location<\/strong>. This action intended to take advantage of the existing structures, optimising the space. Additionally, we provided several new modules and expanded the control switchboard. After the move and expansion, the storage space was increased in two areas that needed it. Moreover, the chargers and forklifts were located in a more optimal location and were better integrated.
