We are in charge of providing and installing a Special Baggage Claim and we will also replace the conveyor belt of the Hold Baggage Screening.<\/p>\n

The airport lacks a conveyor belt for special baggage claim.<\/h6>\n

Conveyor belt and blind controller system<\/p><\/div>\n

The installation of this equipment will ensure the immediate operability of baggage claim. The replacement of the conveyor belt of the Hold Baggage Screening is due to deterioration through use and corrosion.<\/p>\n

Special baggage claim and an exit conveyor belt for AENA<\/h6>\n

According to the \u2018Pliego de Prescripciones T\u00e9cnicas\u2019 (Technical Specifications Document), INGENUT will provide a conveyor belt for the special baggage claim in the baggage claim area and other works in the exit conveyor belt.<\/p>\n

The baggage carousel will consist of one conveyor belt on the Flight Side and two roller conveyors on the Land Side. We will provide and install the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Motorized blind with photoelectric sensors.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Conveyor belt and blind controller system.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Two emergency stops<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • One signaling tower.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • One PVC curtain.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Signaling with their correspondent supports on the conveyor belt for special baggage.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The exit conveyor belt for baggage include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • The conveyor belt installation.<\/b><\/li>\n
    • A rolling conveyor.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Two emergency stops.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Signaling and their supports.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Dismantling and removal of the old conveyor belts.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Execution procedures of the assigned works<\/h6>\n

      INGENUT\u00a0will perform the setting-out of the works and will also check the condition of the adjacent services and structures. It will undertake the following:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Preliminary setting-out <\/strong>of the equipment.<\/li>\n
      • Provision of equipment and material.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Dismantling of the affected elements or equipment assembly.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Wiring and launching of the installed elements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • All the necessary measures in compliance with the regulations on health and safety.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        With this new contract our collaborations with big companies such as AENA keep growing, offering customized engineering according to the specific needs of this airport business.<\/p>\n
