The Spanish company dedicated to the retail distribution of food products<\/strong>\u00a0and other goods and services, has signed a contract with us for the preventive and corrective maintaining of its installations. A long-term collaboration<\/strong>, with a reference company at international level,\u00a0which implies a qualitative step for us.<\/p>\n

\"LidlThe contract includes the maintenance of all the electromechanical facilities <\/strong>of the regulating warehouse, such as plumbing, low tension electricity, automatic doors and blind, loading bays and shelters, blocks of dynamic an static storage, minor civil works, painting, building\u2019s envelope, automated gates, perimeter fence, etc.<\/p>\n

This contract involves the incorporation of two qualified technicians to the workforce of INGENUT<\/strong>. They will have permanent presence in the facilities of Lidl Supermercados S.A.U., located in the Industrial Zone of G\u00fc\u00edmar. It is the first centre to outsource the service of warehouse maintenance at a national level. In INGENUT we have wide experience in integral maintenance of significant clients such as Lidl Supermercados and Aeropuertos Espa\u00f1oles y Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea (AENA) <\/a>at five of the airports of the archipelago.<\/p>\n

The regulatory warehouse is the logistics centre that distributes to all the Lidl supermarkets that are in the Canaries. The maintenance will be performed according to the stablished guidelines of the Spanish subsidiary, which result to be obligatory in some cases. Predictive maintenance is of a higher efficiency and avoids unexpected breakdowns. Also, it extends the service life of the installations.<\/p>\n
